Policies
Payment
Payment for services are due in full prior to the beginning of services or on the first day service begins. We accept all major credit cards, check or cash. To pay by credit card please set up an account with PayPal at their secure site www.paypal.com. Please leave tips in pet sitters name or cash.
Cancellations
24 Hour notice is required. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for last minute cancellations.
Holiday Policies
Holiday charges will be time and a half per visit for the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve.
Same Day & Next Day Service Request
Same day and next day service requests may or may not be possible. Requests are based on availability of sitters. A one time surcharge of $25.00 will be assessed for services requested the same day or day prior.
Keys
2 Working sets of keys are required at the time of the consultation or a charge of $17.50 will be charged to your account.
